Goldie by Fair Isle Brewing is a farmhouse ale re-fermented with Washington-grown Cinsaut and Counoise wine grapes and steeped with a medley of marigold flowers from Duvall Herb Farm. The addition of Queen Sophia marigolds provides floral and savory aromatics with botanical notes reminiscent of vermouth. The wine grapes contribute subtle fruit flavors and structure, resulting in a bright and expressive saison with a long, herbaceous finish.
