Goldie by Fair Isle Brewing is a mixed-culture farmhouse saison brewed with upcycled grapes and steeped with marigold flowers. Fermented with the brewery's signature house blend of wild yeast and bacteria, this ale features a distinctly floral aroma and botanical profile from the marigolds. The addition of upcycled grapes imparts complementary fruity and vinous characteristics, resulting in a complex, slightly tart, and refreshing rustic beer.
