Hiyu is a blended farmhouse ale and saison crafted by Fair Isle Brewing in collaboration with Bizarre Brewing, Holy Mountain Brewing, and Otherlands Beer. This special release was created to celebrate the Ferry and Friends floating beer festival and is named in honor of the historic Hiyu ferry where the event took place.
