It is brewed with entirely Washington-grown ingredients, highlighting highly expressive malts from LINC Malt, specifically a combination of Genie Pils and Baronesse Pils. The recipe features Tettnanger hops sourced from Crosby Hops to balance the grain profile. To craft this beer, the brewery utilizes classic, time-honored techniques including spunding for natural carbonation, slow crashing, and an extended lagering period of six weeks to allow the yeast to fully express itself.
