Moselle by Fair Isle Brewing is a farmhouse ale brewed with Washington barley and Elwha River spelt. It features a blend of farmhouse ales refermented on destemmed and crushed Riesling grapes from the Naches Heights Vineyard in the Yakima Valley for two months, followed by six months of bottle conditioning. The resulting saison is dry and bright, offering prominent tasting notes of lime, apricots, and melons.
