Side Pull

Fair State Brewing · Lager - Světlé (Czech Pale) · 4.1% ABV

Side Pull is a traditional Czech-style pale lager brewed by Fair State Brewing Cooperative. It is crafted using floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt and classic Czech Saaz hops. The brewing process utilizes a traditional decoction mash, open fermentation, and extended cold lagering in horizontal tanks. This results in a crisp and highly drinkable lager with a rich, bready malt profile balanced by floral and spicy hop notes.
