Westcoast Slang by Fieldwork Brewing Co. is a dry and bitter double dry-hopped West Coast IPA. The brewing process involves adding hops from the middle of the boil through the whirlpool, followed by a heavy double dry-hopping with Mosaic, Nelson, Simcoe, and Strata hops. This creates a beer saturated with hop resins and intense aromas of red grapefruit, candied pomelo, passion fruit, gooseberries, Chenin Blanc wine grapes, strawberries, pine sap, and wild berries.
