Cranberry Rosehip by Finnriver Farm and Cidery is a semi-sweet botanical craft cider fermented from a blend of certified organic Washington dessert apples, including Granny Smith, Pink Lady, Braeburn, and Gala. The cider is first fermented to dry and then blended with the juice of sustainably grown organic cranberries from the Washington coast. It is infused with wild, frost-sweetened rosehips gathered from the Olympic Peninsula and sweetened with unrefined organic cane sugar for depth and balance. This lightly carbonated seasonal cider pours a vibrant ruby red and offers bright apple fruit flavors with a tart cranberry infusion, finishing with an earthy, herbal, and bittersweet essence from the rosehips.
