Inspired by the dry-hopped pilsners of Italy, it is brewed with a foundation of German Pilsner malt and fermented with traditional lager yeast. The brewing process utilizes a step mash to achieve a crisp, clean profile. The hop bill features German Magnum for a clean bitterness and Spalter Select for floral and spicy herbal notes. As a signature touch, the beer is dry-hopped with German Saphir hops, which impart bright, aromatic notes of bergamot zest and lemongrass.
