Alpine Parrot is a New Zealand-style Pilsner brewed by Fort George Brewery in collaboration with Original Pattern Brewing. This soft, smooth, and full-bodied beer is crafted to be daring, complex, and aromatic. It is brewed with a malt bill of Weyermann Extra Pale Pils and Acidulated malts, and features a hop profile consisting of Waimea, Riwaka, Nelson, Nelson Cryo, and Simcoe Cryo hops.
