Bagel Bytes 2.0 by Fort George Brewery is a New England-style Hazy IPA originally brewed as a test batch for the brewery's winter seasonal Pizza Pals collaboration. Designed to be smooth and aromatic enough to complement any variety of pizza, this beer maintains a rich, opaque haze. The recipe features a hop blend of Simcoe, New Zealand Cascade, New Zealand Nelson, Hollingberry Galaxy, and YCH Simcoe. It is fermented with Magic J yeast, a strain specifically chosen to enhance the beer's overall flavor profile and create a smoother drinking experience.
