Barrel Aged Coconut Cavatica is a variation of Fort George Brewery's flagship Cavatica Stout that has been aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on toasted coconut. Extended aging in bourbon barrels imparts additional layers of vanilla, oak, and whiskey warmth, while the infusion of coconut adds a sweet, nutty character that complements the rich, dark profile of the beer.
