Coolin' Off by Fort George Brewery is a tart and fruity Imperial Tiki Sour that pours as blue as a Blue Hawaiian. Brewed in collaboration with Berkeley Yeast using their Galactic Yeast Strain, it is designed to capture the vibrant fruit flavors of a classic tiki drink. The recipe features Krush and Citra hops alongside Rahr to Thee and Linc White Wheat malts. To complete its tropical profile, the beer is conditioned with pineapple puree, shredded coconut, orange peel, and blue spirulina.
