Quality of Consciousness is a limited Fresh Hop Hazy IPA brewed by Fort George Brewery in collaboration with Ruse Brewing. Designed as a curious and considered take on the style, the beer is built on a malt foundation of Rahr Pils, flaked wheat, Linc white wheat, and Rahr dextrin. It is brewed with Krush and Mosaic Cryo hops, alongside a complex, multi-format addition of Simcoe hops. These specific additions feature fresh Simcoe hops sourced from Coleman Farms, as well as dried Simcoe, Simcoe CO2 extract, and Simcoe Cryo.
