Scatter Plot is a collaborative West Coast Pilsner brewed by Fort George Brewery and Boneyard Beer. Designed at the intersection of hoppy aromatics and a crisp, light body, it charts various pilsner and IPA data points to create a clean, clear, and empirically balanced beverage. The brew combines the crisp body of a traditional pilsner with the bold, rich flavor of an IPA, delivering a burst of citrusy West Coast hops. It is brewed with Waimea, Eclipse, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Extract, Citra, and Citra Cryo hops, alongside a malt bill of Rahr To Thee Pilsner, Rahr Dextrin, and Weyermann Acidulated malts.
