Sharp One is a crisp, cool, and perfectly balanced Japanese-style rice lager brewed by Fort George Brewery in collaboration with SakéOne, America's first craft sake brewery. The recipe features Tettnanger and Saaz hops alongside a malt bill consisting of Gambrinus Pilsner, Rahr To Thee Pils, Yamada Nishiki, Koji, and Carahell. The brewery recommends serving this beer with a Sharp Pour, which is a slow, intentional two-step pouring method designed to keep the beer as cold and fresh as possible, resulting in a glass comprised of 70 percent chilled liquid and 30 percent velvety foam.
