Brewed with Maris Otter and Low Color Maris Otter malts alongside Columbus and US Goldings hops, this barleywine features a rich, malt-forward profile with 25 IBU. It offers aromas and flavors of caramel, dried stone fruit, fig, sherry, oak, vanilla, and bourbon. The sweet malt character is balanced by warming alcohol and complex woody barrel notes, leading to a smooth, warming finish with subtle carbonation.
