Shiny Thing by Funky Fauna is a West Coast Saison fermented in stainless steel using a house strain of yeast isolated in Central Oregon. It is brewed with 100 percent Oregon-grown barley and hopped exclusively with Mosaic hops. The yeast produces fruity esters reminiscent of classic Belgian strains, featuring a hint of banana that pairs beautifully with the Mosaic hop profile.
