Heirloom is an extra dry, naturally sparkling hard cider made by Garden Path Fermentation in Burlington, Washington. The cider is crafted from a blend of more than twenty traditional heirloom and cider apple varieties sourced from the Washington State University research orchard and local Skagit Valley farms. It undergoes a slow fermentation process in oak using entirely native yeast.
