Fresh Hop Bodhizafa is an India Pale Ale brewed by Georgetown Brewing Company that builds upon their original base recipe. To give the beer an extra fresh citrus kick, the brewery added 1,500 pounds of fresh Citra hops from Double R Farms in Yakima, amounting to 25 pounds of fresh hops per barrel. The profile is further enhanced with fresh and dried Chinook hops from CLS Farms, which provide rich pine aromas and a field-fresh character. The recipe is rounded out by being brewed with Columbus and Mosaic hops.
