Short Spine But Divine is an American IPA from Georgetown Brewing Company that showcases a vibrant blend of Cascade, Cashmere, and Simcoe hops. The brewing process begins on the hot side with the addition of fresh Cascade hops sourced directly from Yakima Valley hop farms, imparting a classic foundational bitterness alongside bright floral and grapefruit notes. To elevate the aromatics without adding astringency, the beer is subsequently dry-hopped with a combination of Cashmere and Simcoe. This dry hop addition utilizes Cryo hop forms to deliver highly concentrated bursts of tropical melon, citrus, and subtle pine. The resulting beer offers a clean, crisp flavor profile with a smooth finish and intensely juicy aromas.
