Sky of Life is a fruited and flowered barrel-aged mixed culture golden sour ale brewed by Georgetown Brewing Company. Crafted with wheat, hibiscus, watermelon, and Sabro hops, the beer is fermented with Philly Sour yeast in the primary and Brettanomyces in the cask. A chewy malt bill provides flavors and aromas of subtle spice and fresh sweet rolls, leading to a pillowy mouthfeel. This sour ale pours with a lovely rosé hue and delivers bright jolly rancher notes accompanied by citrus and funk.
