Helles Lager

Gold Dot Beer · Lager - Helles · 4.9% ABV

Helles Lager by Gold Dot Lager is a flagship Helles crafted by lager-brewing power couple Lisa Allen and Kevin Davey. It is brewed with a single varietal German pale barley that is carefully mashed for its full expression. This malt profile is coupled with a blend of low-alpha hops from the Hallertau region. The beer is extensively cold-conditioned to achieve optimal roundness and maturity.
