Pils de Pils by Gold Dot Beer is a Northern German-style Pilsner crafted to showcase a crisp, bright, and bone-dry profile. The brewing process features a single decoction mash using a singular varietal of Weyermann German pilsner malt, followed by an exceptionally long and well-conditioned lagering phase. It is classically bittered with elegant and spicy Spalter Spalt hops, finishing with a light touch of Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. This pleasantly hoppy and refreshing beer won the 2024 Bitburger Challenge, celebrated for its generous carbonation, herbal hop character, and clean finish.
