Staggers & Jags Cold IPA by Gold Dot Beer is a crisp, wester-than-West-Coast style beer that delivers a completely dry, bitter, and intensely hoppy profile with a super clean finish. Created by the originators of the Cold IPA style, it is brewed with a base of domestic two-row pale malt and twenty percent rice to lighten the body. The beer is fermented warm using a house lager yeast strain, resulting in a highly drinkable experience featuring bright notes of lemon, orange, pine, and subtle floral hops.
