Yeti is an Imperial Stout brewed by Great Divide Brewing Company that pours as an almost viscous, inky-black brew. Built to be an onslaught of the senses, this velvety smooth but robust stout opens with a massive, roasty, chocolate and coffee malt flavor that eventually gives way to rich notes of toffee and burnt caramel. To balance the intense malt profile, the beer is packed with an enormous quantity of American hops, reaching 75 IBU. This aggressive hop profile yields an extremely high bitterness and reveals a slightly citrusy, piney, and wonderfully dry hoppy finish.
