Pilsner by Halcyon Brewing Company is the first beer brewed entirely in-house on the brewery's copper Czech brewhouse. The brewing process features a traditional single-decoction mash using Skagit Valley Malt to develop enhanced malt depth and classic lager characteristics. It is hopped with a blend of Saaz, Loral, and Liberty hops, providing a balanced spin of old-world and new-world flavor profiles. The beer undergoes an extended conditioning period to ensure a crisp and fresh finish.
