Inspired by the famous Spinal Tap reference, the brewers turned this beer up to 11 by using a combination of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Riwaka hops. This hop blend gives the beer a juicy profile packed with big peach, guava, and tropical fruit flavors. It features a mild bitterness at 35 IBU.
