Outwash Plains by Here Today Brewery and Kitchen is a farmhouse ale inspired by the rustic, regional hop-forward saisons of Belgium. The beer is brewed with 100 percent Washington-grown ingredients, featuring barley and spelt from Joseph's Grainery in Colfax that was malted at Linc Malt in Spokane Valley. It also highlights Crystal hops sourced from Cornerstone Ranches in Toppenish.
