Grapefruit Radler from Holy Mountain Brewing's Summer Shandy Series is a refreshing, cofermented radler created in collaboration with Double Mountain Brewery. It is brewed by adding aseptic grapefruit puree during primary fermentation alongside the base beer and a lager yeast strain. This process integrates the fruit directly into the beer rather than layering it on top after fermentation, resulting in a bright grapefruit aroma over a baked-bread and biscuity malt background.
