Heavenless by Holy Mountain Brewing is a hazy IPA brewed with a grain bill of Pilsner malt, two-row, and a generous portion of malted spelt. It is hopped extensively with Vic Secret, Motueka, and Citra, including a pass through a hopback with whole leaf Citra, and finished with a dry-hop addition of the same three varietals. Fermented with a British yeast strain, this beer pours with a bright color and a thicker mouthfeel, delivering a citrus-forward flavor profile and aroma that balances its assertive bitterness.
