The Ninth Sphere is a West Coast IPA brewed by Holy Mountain Brewing in collaboration with Taproom Beer Co. for the Grainmaker Festival hosted by Linc and Coldstream Malt. The recipe features a base of Buzz Pale malt combined with a generous dose of Elwha River Spelt. It is hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic Cryo, layered with Citra Incognito, and finished with a big hit of Galaxy to deliver huge, punchy hop flavors and aromas.
