Piknik by Human People is an Alpine-style Pilsner inspired by the Slovenian Alps. It is brewed with Seattle water, distinctive European Pilsner malts, and unique Slovenian Styrian Bobek hops, which provide a pleasant bitterness balanced by a soft malt flavor. The brewing process features open fermentation at 8 degrees Celsius, followed by extensive cold conditioning at -0.5 degrees Celsius and natural carbonation. The final beer pours clear with a rocky, distinctive head, delivering a crisp, floral-spiced profile.
