Timbo Pils is a West Coast Pilsner brewed in collaboration between Human People and Highland Park Brewery. Combining the crisp, refreshing backbone of a traditional German-style pilsner with the bold hop character of a West Coast IPA, this beer is built on a clean pilsner malt base. It utilizes German-influenced hops in the kettle to provide a soft bitterness and a floral, earthy foundation. A generous dry-hopping of Mosaic and Citra hops imparts vibrant tropical and citrus aromas, featuring prominent notes of fresh mango, passion fruit, zesty orange, and Riesling grape. The result is a highly drinkable lager that finishes dry, crisp, and intensely aromatic.
