Dolcita & Citra Modern is a modern pilsner brewed by ilk Beer as an end-of-harvest treat. Akin to a West Coast pilsner but highly crushable, it is brewed with fresh Citra, Dolcita, and German Northern Brewer hops, along with Citra and Dolcita pellets. The recipe utilizes exclusively pilsner malt and is fermented cold using a Mexican lager yeast strain. The resulting beer delivers a distinctly hoppy profile bursting with vibrant notes of tropical citrus and creamed peaches.
