Fresher Drop by ilk Beer is a fresh hop American IPA brewed in collaboration with Mt. Olympus Brewing. Its simple malt bill features exclusively LINC Malt Genie pils malt, creating a clean foundation for the fresh hops to shine. The beer is brewed with hot-side additions of Mosaic and Dolcita for a dank, tropical, and peach-forward profile, followed by a heavy dry-hopping of wet El Dorado for distinct notes of candied watermelon. The result is a vibrant, fruit-forward wet-hopped ale.
