Hollow Way

ilk Beer · Pale Ale - American · 5.6% ABV

Hollow Way by Ilk Beer is an American Pale Ale inspired by the craft beer boom of the 2010s. It is brewed with a small amount of Vienna malt and flaked wheat, and features a generous hopping and dry-hopping of Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, and Comet hops. The resulting beer is dry, clearish, and clean, offering a nostalgic nod to the way pale ales used to be made.
