Zealandia by ilk Beer is a New England-style Hazy IPA brewed with Linc Malt Steffi Pils, flaked oats, flaked barley, and corn. It is double dry-hopped with Hop Revolution Rikawa, Waimea, and Moutere hops and fermented with an English yeast strain to create a fluffy mouthfeel. The flavor profile features prominent tropical fruit notes, including loquat, lychee, and rock melon. ABV 5.9%.
