Pillars Of Heaven is a Double Dry Hopped West Coast IPA brewed by Irrelevant Beer in a four-way collaboration with Brothers Cascadia, Vice Beer, and Great Notion. Inspired by 1980s action films, specifically Big Trouble in Little China, this beer is brewed with a massive addition of Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe, Mosaic Dynaboost, Columbus GCX, and Mosaic and Simcoe T90 hops. It pours with 60 IBU and features a flavor profile highlighting grapefruit zest, orange peel, mango, and resinous pine, finishing with a whisper of dankness and a crisp bitterness.
