Timbs 'Til I Die is a fresh hop West Coast IPA brewed by Irrelevant Beer in collaboration with Fort George Brewery and Coleman Hops. The brew utilizes 250 pounds of fresh Krush hops grown in the Willamette Valley, which are added to the whirlpool during the brewing process. It is subsequently dry-hopped with a blend of Krush, Nectaron, Simcoe, and Simcoe Cryo hops. This hop combination delivers a pungent watermelon cotton candy aroma alongside distinct flavors of lychee and dank pine.
