Jester King Brewery created Ghost Pilot as a Helles Exportbier brewed with authentic German malt alongside Herkules, Saphir, and Saaz hops. This pale, crisp, and clean Dortmunder-style lager features soft bready malt notes accompanied by a floral and herbal hop character that leads to a dry finish. Conceived as an alternative for the Oktoberfest season with a touch of Halloween aesthetics, the beer carries a bit more heft than typical pale lagers while remaining highly drinkable.
