Lillikoi Moonfire is a New England-style Hazy IPA crafted by Jester King Brewery. The brew utilizes oats and light kilned malt alongside an extensive hop bill featuring Simcoe, Citra, Nectaron, Waimea, Riwaka, Kohia Nelson SubZero Hop Kief, Waimea SubZero Hop Kief, and Lilikoi, a rare experimental hop from New Zealand. This combination yields a bright, juicy flavor profile packed with notes of passion fruit, pineapple, ripe mango, tropical candy, juicy citrus, lime zest, and white grape. The beer delivers a fresh, lightly resinous, and gently dry finish.
