The name is a playful nod to the anime expression for what?!, referencing the plot twist of the brewery making a lager. It is brewed with filtered Hill Country well water and a delicate base of jasmine rice, then hopped with Sorachi Ace and Motueka. Fermented clean with brewers' yeast, this highly drinkable lager features soft aromatics of jasmine rice alongside notes of crackly baguette, lemongrass, and green tea, leading into a refreshingly herbaceous and snappy finish.
