Owned by the Bitburger Brewery Group, the brewery crafts this beer in strict accordance with the 1516 German Beer Purity Law, also known as the Reinheitsgebot. The recipe features water sourced from the Hohe Mark Nature Park, carefully selected malted barley, aromatic hops from the Hallertau region, and a proprietary König yeast.
