It is brewed using pure spring water, aromatic hops sourced from the Hallertau and Elbe-Saale regions, and specially roasted barley malt. The brewing process involves mashing, boiling, bottom-fermentation, maturation, and conditioning, with the distinct roasting of the barley imparting a rich, malty aroma. The flavor profile is well-balanced, featuring notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and toasted bread, complemented by a mild, herbal hop bitterness of 26 IBU. It finishes with a creamy mouthfeel, a touch of malty sweetness, and a smooth, crisp aftertaste.
