Blossom Hunter is a fruited sour ale brewed by Ladd & Lass Brewing in celebration of the U District Cherry Blossom Festival. It features a malt base of Pilsen malt, oat malt, malted white wheat, and flaked oats. The brew includes over 420 pounds of tart and sweet cherry puree and is aged on Madagascar vanilla beans. A hint of creamy milk sugar is added to balance the flavor, creating a slightly sweet and slightly tart profile.
