Fresh Hop Chinook is a pale ale brewed by Ladd & Lass Brewing using 200 pounds of fresh late-season Chinook hops sourced from Roy Farms in Washington. By allowing the hops to hang on the bine longer, they develop a brighter, pineapple-forward, and uniquely fruity character that contrasts with the hop's typical piney dankness. To further amplify this fruitiness, the beer is finished with Cryo Citra and Cryo Columbus hops. The base is built on a malt profile of Alix Craft 2-row and Vienna malts to balance the vibrant hop additions.
