Ladd & Lass Brewing crafts Fresh Hop El Dorado as a ripe, juicy hazy IPA resulting in a pineapple and tropical fruit bomb. It is brewed with 200 pounds of fresh El Dorado hops from CLS Farms and dry-hopped with dried El Dorado and Dolcita hops. The base of the beer is supported by a soft malt profile featuring Pilsner, flaked oats, extra pale white wheat, and malted oats.
