Parliament of Owls is a modern West Coast IPA brewed by Ladd & Lass Brewing. Utilizing state-of-the-art extraction techniques and concentrated hop products, this beer is brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts alongside a hop blend of Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, Cryo Citra, Cryo Columbus, and Cryo Simcoe. The result is a highly saturated hop profile that manages to remain dry and supremely crushable. It delivers prominent notes of freshly crushed citrus and tropical pineapple, complemented by a touch of sticky weed.
