Photographic Memory

Ladd & Lass Brewing · IPA - Imperial / Double · 8.6% ABV

Photographic Memory is a modern West Coast Double IPA brewed by Ladd & Lass Brewing. It features a svelte, lean malt base designed to frame a masterfully massive addition of bright, tropical hops. The energetic hop profile utilizes Mosaic DynaBoost, standard Citra, Cryo Citra, Cryo Simcoe, and a touch of Cryo Columbus. This crisp beer serves as a direct counterpoint to the brewery's award-winning hazy triple IPA, Holographic Memory, highlighting the two ends of the hop saturation spectrum through the simple difference of a leaner malt profile.
